What is Artisan Edge: Artisan Edge is a search engine designed with the intent to inspire artists and designers of all natures.

Why does Artisan Edge exist: I have designed Artisan Edge as a platform to help artists find useful content in a manner that strips out the useless content that a typical search engine provides. In a sense it not only helps with a more focused search but it saves time when looking for inspiration on a personal or corporate level.

What is the inspiration behind the idea of Artisan Edge: One day at work while searching for artistic and coding ideas I came accross many sites with useless information. So, I thought it would be nice to simply go to a single web site designed to only supply relevent information specific to the designer/artist. Search engines are great for finding general information and are key to the progression of the web. However, the human factor disappears and all thats left is a mix of good and bad information while searching content. I needed something more specific to my needs as a designer and developed Artisan Edge as a research tool keeping the human factor as the core component.
